Haven't spoken to you in a while, but just wanted to let you know. I had two really great sales as the result of the website and your company's efforts. All generated as website leads. Just closed on a $540K home last week and wrote a contract for a $1 million home for a March closing. Both within ten minutes from my house, paying 3% each and a couple of $2K VISA gift cards from the builders (as additional bonuses). Not a bad month considering it took about five days of work total! Just need about four or five more months like it and I can take the rest of the year off! Things have slowed a bit since, but I expect them to take off once we get our first real nice warm weekend. Getting time to run around and update homes on the site with the spring approaching. Looks like all the rankings are holding pretty steady. Hope the family is doing well and your actually getting some sleep. Thanks!
